Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you add one, your display name.

When you use the app we store the floor and room photos you choose to save, the previews created from them, and any notes or labels you add.

We use your email address to sign you in and to contact you about your account. We use your saved photos and results so you can come back to them later.

To identify a floor or create a room preview, the photo you upload is sent to a secure artificial intelligence service for processing and the result is returned to you. Photos are not used for advertising and are not sold.

Your account details and saved items are kept while your account is open. Photos you do not save are only used for that one request.

Your information is stored securely and only you can see the items saved to your account.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased.

You can update your name, email address and password on your account page, and you can permanently delete your account and everything saved with it using the “Delete account” option there.

If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
