WandaFloor is an information and reference tool for the UK market. It uses artificial intelligence to suggest possible matches for floor coverings from your photos, to create previews of how a floor might look in your room, and to estimate a guide cost.

By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app.

Suggested manufacturers, ranges, colours and materials are estimates based on what can be seen in a photograph. Lighting, camera angle, wear, dirt and image quality all affect the result, so a match may not be exact and may sometimes be wrong.

You must always obtain a physical sample from the manufacturer or retailer to confirm colour, texture and suitability before ordering, cutting or fitting any flooring.

Prices shown are estimated UK recommended retail prices (RRP) for guidance only. They are not quotes, offers or binding prices, and actual retailer prices will vary.

Guide totals exclude fitting, subfloor preparation, underlay, adhesives, thresholds and beading, delivery, and cutting wastage (typically 10–15%). Always confirm the final price with the retailer or fitter.

Room previews are computer-generated impressions created to give a general feel for how a floor might look. Real lighting, plank direction, pattern repeat and finish will differ from the preview.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you give WandaFloor permission to process those images so the app can identify flooring and create previews for you.

You must not upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos showing people who have not agreed to it.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. You can delete your account and everything saved with it at any time from your account page.

We may suspend accounts that are used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service or other people.

WandaFloor is provided as a guide. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for purchasing decisions, ordering errors, colour or batch mismatches, fitting problems, or disputes with retailers or fitters that follow from using the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
